We had to make an emergency visit when my dog ate something that he shouldn't. We called and explained the situation and was told best to bring him in to be checked out. Drove the 35 min from OCMD and was at first seemed uneasy that it was curbside and couldn't go in with our baby. However, after seeing the number of people waiting and arriving after us and knowing the staff is limited to only 3-4 people, it became apparent it was a safety issue. I read other posts about bad interactions with staff but ours was nothing but kind and professional. It took a couple hours before we were called in to talk to vet but when all said and done our baby was fine, staff was friendly and understanding. The price was cheaper than anticipated because I know what it can cost to see an emergency vet. Thank you to everyone working that night for the understanding and taking good care of our boy.

We’ve always had a good experience here. When our kitty had to be put down they immediately took him in and called us with the news, they were very patient with us and told us we could come inside when we were ready and sit with him as they administered the euthanasia. the lady who administered it was very kind, the people here seem to love their jobs and animals, she started to cry with us while confirming when he passed, that made us feel so comforted. they were very patient and gave us as much time as we needed in the room with him. we’ve come here multiple times for our animals and always receive great care and amazing service.

I had to bring my German shepherd/ lab mix to this ER last night due to him not holding down any food and water. I unfortunately didn’t get the best news, he had a foreign object stuck in his stomach and small intestine. Even though this wasn’t the best new, this ER took great care of my baby and did everything they could till I could take him to the vet the next day to see if the foreign object could pass by it self or if he needed surgery and gave him fluids in the meantime time. They did keep him there for a few hours just to keep an eye on him and I am so extremely grateful, I was able to get him the surgery he needed and he is now back home relaxing and healing! Thank you!

Sadly I had to take my pup of 14yrs to the hospital today. Could not walk. They were very accommodating. He's not in pain anymore. They handled him like their own. Thank you for your kindness.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Beth Drewer. My local vet misdiagnosed our cat twice, which led to an emergency situation. Our boy Grey had a blocked bladder. Dr. Drewer acted immediately to give him a catheter and saved his life. She went above and beyond to answer questions I had, ease concerns, and was honestly one of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. She is not only kind but very knowledgeable and I trust her advice completely.

The people there was very nice and patient they treat it us like they would treat their family I like the steps they took to get to the final step of euthanasia first they would give the pet something to make them calm before they gave them the final medication to put them down I thanked him for everything they done to make our last moments with our dog peanut to be as pleasant as possible.

Unfortunately we had to put our cat to rest last night. That staff was truly wonderful. They handled our situation quickly and efficiently, and the vet spoke to us with gentle and honest words. It’s a horrible experience no matter what to lose a pet, but they made it easier for us. Thank you for all that you do!

I was at the Pet Er last night with my bulldog. He has skin issues and his paws were swollen, his nails were overgrown because he hasn’t let anyone cut his nails on top of infection. I could not be anymore pleased with the staff. They managed to cut his nails as well as treat him for other skin things going on that night. It was a wait but they were slammed with super serious things with other dogs. I am so grateful for them, I had called around 8 vet’s and only 1 called me back before deciding to take him to the ER. Clyde is happy and getting back to normal. Thank you to the staff ❤️ you are all the best!

They let us in as soon as we got there and took the doodle right into the back while we waited in their waiting room. Our doodle was already on a medication so they asked if they could do a blood work panel and we agreed.
